Social Media and Campaigns Manager
Experience:
- National policy issues
- National campaigns
- National advocacy
- Excellent journalistic writing skills
- Press releases, CRM, WordPress, Powerpoint and social media platforms.
- Journalism, development and/or communications a PLUS.
~ 25 hours per week minimum.
Executive Assistant
RTF seeks a skilled Executive Assistant with a track record of having worked as an executive secretary or in an administrative/office manager role, including support to staff at an executive or CEO level, to help the organization achieve its goals.
The ideal candidate is a committed advocate, dedicated to RTF’s mission, flexible, able to multi-task and be a team player. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a quickly changing environment, supporting a small high-level staff, providing event support and office management. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the nonprofit sector, in the area of wild horse or wildlife conservation. The Executive Assistant, will serve as the hub of the organization by acting as the main support to the CEO and Board of Directors, as well as making sure office communication runs smoothly. Alumni of AmeriCorps, VISTA, and other similar service-oriented programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
Skills: Good communication and writing skills. Research, Typing, WordPress, powerpoint, social media platforms, CRM, organizational & administrative management skills. Background in Communications, Journalism or Political Science a PLUS.
