CELEBRATE AND HONOR YOUR LOVED ONES

Celebratory Gifts
Celebratory gifts are a lasting way to commemorate a personal milestone, whether a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or retirement with a gift to RTF in honor of someone special.

Honorary Gifts
We honor our loved ones in different ways. Giving in someone’s name is a way to express your esteem and is a symbol of love. Consider a gift to RTF to embody how they have enriched your life, the same way wild horses enrich ours. If that special person loves being in nature, cares for animals, understands the plight of the mustang, or is simply enraptured by their magic, giving in your loved one’s name may be the right option for you.

Notice to Honorees
Honorees will be notified of the names and addresses of individuals who make a gift in their honor.

DONATE IN MEMORY OF A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER

It is easy to get tricked into the idea that our loved ones are invincible. One of the best ways we can honor a person’s memory is through the choices we make in our own lives, professionally and personally, and give the gift of education to others. At RTF, you can be part of the legacy we build together.

Obituary Information
Should you wish to include information in an obituary to direct memorial gifts to RTF, we offer the following sample wording:

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to RTF, in memory of [individual’s name].
Checks may be made payable to “Return to Freedom” and mailed to:
Return to Freedom
PO Box 926
Lompoc, CA 93438

Notice to Family Members
RTF will report the names and addresses of memorial donors to a designated family member should the family wish to send acknowledgements.

DONATE IN MEMORY OF A HORSE OR OTHER ANIMAL

Perhaps your loved one isn’t a human being. We accept donations in memoriam of a special horse you love or who has passed or any other animal who’s crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Donating to Return to Freedom on behalf of any animal with whom you had a unique fondness is one way to honor both your animal friend’s memory as well as the horses (and other animals) who call Return to Freedom their forever home.
