Dear Friends,
Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, a day of global giving and unity supporting charitable organizations like Return to Freedom. It’s especially important during this unprecedented disruption in our ability to raise funds to care for the more than 500 wild horses and burros at our American Wild Horse Sanctuary.
To make things even more exciting, a generous RTF donor has pledged $20,000 to get things off to a strong start. Imagine if our other supporters could chip in together to match it! That would be a dream come true.
We’re doing all we can to weather this storm, but having to cancel or delay our income-producing events and programs has and will continue to affect us. No matter what challenges we face, we have a solemn responsibility to feed and care for the hundreds of wild horses and burros at the sanctuary, as we promised them when they came here.
Thank you to everyone who has made a donation in advance. It’s a great feeling to know we are not alone at this difficult time.
