A reminder that the Bureau of Land Management’s National Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board will meet Thursday, September 8, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. (P.S.T.), and Friday, September 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (P.S.T.). The meeting will be held at Stockmen’s Hotel and Casino, 340 Commercial Street, Elko, Nev. The hotel’s website address is Northern Star Casinos; its phone number is (775) 738-5141.

The meeting will be live-streamed at BLM Live. If you cannot travel to Elko, you can still participate.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:

In Person: The public may make comments to the Advisory Board on Thursday, September 8, from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m. local time. If you want to make a statement at Thursday’s meeting, you need to register in person at the meeting, by 3:15 p.m. local time. Public comments are usually limited to 3 minutes per person.

Submitting Comments Remotely: If you want to present comments to the Advisory Board but cannot attend the meeting, you can send your written statement to be included in the meeting minutes:
