Return to Freedom’s lobbyist, Chris Heyde, recently spoke about the SAFE Act to ban horse slaughter on Animals Today Radio.

The SAFE Act (H.R. 961) would permanently ban horse slaughter in the United States and the transportation of American horses, domestic and wild, out of the country for purposes of slaughter.
