Dear Friends,

Tomorrow is a big day for our wild horses and burros!

#GivingTuesday, a day of global giving and unity in support of nonprofit organizations like Return to Freedom, has become #GivingTuesdayNow in order to help charitable organizations get through this unexpected and unprecedented challenge during the COVID-19 shutdown.

We are especially excited about tomorrow—a generous RTF donor has pledged $20,000 in the hope that our other supporters will be inspired to chip in together to match it!

RTF is facing challenges that we never imagined or anticipated. We’ve had to postpone or cancel regular programs and events that help to feed our over 500 wild horses and burros at the sanctuary. We have had to find other ways to make up for these losses, so the #GivingTuesdayNow event is extra important.

Although tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5, is the official event, contributions are welcome before then, too.

Thank you, as always, on behalf of the over 500 wild horses and burros that call RTF’s sanctuary home,

The RTF Team
