Join us April 20 for a special webinar about wild horse behavior!

Dr. Sarah King will provide an insight into Life as a Wild Horse on the Range, highlighting recent research on their behavior. She will discuss how they spend their time, and the intricacies of their social life and choice of reproductive partners.

King is co-chair of the International Union of the Conservation of Nature Species Survival Commission Equid Specialist Group, working to conserve endangered equids around the world.  She collaborated with the United States Geological Survey to lead research on the behavior, ecology, and demography of horses and burros in the American West.

The webinar will be at 2 p.m. East / 11 a.m. Pacific on Monday, April 20, on Zoom.

There is no cost to participate, but we hope you’ll consider a donation that will go toward feeding the nearly 500 rescued wild horses and burros in our nonprofit sanctuary’s care.
