Celebrate America’s wild horses: Watch ‘The Mustangs!’

Join us in celebrating America’s iconic wild horses by watching the “The Mustangs: America’s Wild Horses,” available starting March 2 at pbs.org and on the PBS app!

“The Mustangs” received great reviews at film festivals and on public television. Now it’s going to be available to watch for free!

The streaming premiere coincides National Horse Protection Day (March 1) and Wild Horse and Week (March 2-8).

We’re very concerned about what the future may hold for wild horse and burro management in light of dramatic changes in Washington and the proposed plan for laid out in Project 2025.

During Wild Horse and Burro Awareness Week, we hope to nourish a broader appreciation for wild horses and educate more members of the public about the challenges that they face on our public lands.
